Yes. You can cancel your membership anytime by contacting us directly by email or phone and requesting a cancellation. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Is there a refund if I cancel early?
No refunds are issued for partial months. However, you’ll continue to receive care until the
end of your billing cycle.
You'll receive a welcome call from our client concierge team to schedule your initial nurse visit and set up your digital health binder.
Can I switch between plans?
Absolutely. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Plan changes will apply
to your next billing cycle.
Not at all. Our concierge nursing services are private-pay and do not require a prescription
