Membership Details

All Memberships Include:


·  Monthly in-home wellness check-ins with a licensed RN

·  24/7 on-call private nurse access

• Surgical concierge planning (pre-op prep, post-op coordination, transport, prescriptions)

• Private health binder with nurse logs & medication records

· Family liaison service – updates to POA or adult children

• Medication and prescription review with refill coordination

Wellness Base-$500-Month

Entry-Level Tier (Basic Monthly Plan)

In addition to the above care, the Wellness Base Tier includes: 


·  1 monthly RN wellness visit

 •Emergency nurse access (daytime)

• Basic surgical concierge setup

White Glove Wellness-$1250-Month

Mid-Level Tier (Enhanced Access & Services)

In addition to the above care, the White Glove Wellness Tier includes: 

·  2 monthly RN visits

· 24/7 priority nurse access

Platinum Concierge-$2000-Month

Top-Tier Membership (VIP Full Service)

In addition to the above care, the Platinum Concierge Tier includes: 

· Weekly RN visits

·  24/7 on-call ICU nurse availability

· Custom care plan with physician collaboration

FAQ – Membership & Cancellation

Yes. You can cancel your membership anytime by contacting us directly by email or phone and requesting a cancellation. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.


Is there a refund if I cancel early?

No refunds are issued for partial months. However, you’ll continue to receive care until the

end of your billing cycle.

You'll receive a welcome call from our client concierge team to schedule your initial nurse visit and set up your digital health binder.


Can I switch between plans?

Absolutely. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Plan changes will apply

to your next billing cycle.

Not at all. Our concierge nursing services are private-pay and do not require a prescription

or referral.
